Tuition Fees
Tuition Fees for Claren Academy are set annually by the Board of Directors.
The fee for our 2025-26 school year is $25,802. This fee covers tuition, field trips, tech supplies, art supplies, and music supplies. (Uniforms are not included in this fee.)
International students and students not eligible for the provincial grant pay a tuition of $31,000.
For 2025-26, there is a one-time new student fee of $4,000.
Financial Aid
Thanks to the generosity of our community and hard work of our Claren Academy Foundation, our school is able to offer bursary support to eligible families.
Claren Academy uses Apple Financial Services, a third-party organization, to assess financial need. Decisions about bursary allocations are made independently of Admission decisions and are based on a combination of factors including financial need and available funds (with priority given to returning families).
To apply for bursary assistance, please complete the Apple Financial Services application here by January 15, 2025.
-
While Apple Financial Services provides a financial analysis, it is only a recommendation to the School. The amount of aid awarded is determined by the Claren Academy Bursary Committee with consideration of the recommendation of AFS.
In certain circumstances, follow-ups for information or a contextual interview may be conducted by the Director of Admissions. These interviews are conducted to verify that the information on the bursary application is accurate and consistent with the student’s information on their school file.
Applicants are encouraged to ensure that the Apple Financial Services application is completed with all required information in order to give the Bursary Committee an accurate bursary support request.
